Com2uS and Skybound Entertainment have just released this month’s content update for their mobile collection RPG, The Walking Dead: All-Stars. Similar to the previous, this patch also introduces new characters, a story chapter, and a bunch of events. There’s also the addition of more Survival Records in this one.
In The Walking Dead: All-Stars’ latest update, players will travel to Seoul, Korea as a new spinoff story branches off. It involves Korean fighters taking on Walkers in an abandoned subway station. Titled Hope Overseas, the miniseries begins with Chapter 41 and a brand new Survival Record.
Speaking of Survival Records, a new tale has been revealed, which tasks a band of survivors to find a doctor in Hudson, who was injured while on a supply run. Additionally, players can also challenge up to phase 480 at the Alignment Defence through a new Challenge Mode called People from the Outskirts.
The update also introduces two new characters that join the game’s ever-expanding roster. The first one is from the spinoff, Junhyuk, a Korean survivor who decimates the opposition using grenades. What’s unique about this character is his Unknown alignment, which means he must be coupled with others in order to display his true strength.
Second on the list is Rajesh, who is more on the sidelines as an agile supporter. Rajesh’s skillset grants him proficiency in using medical supplies and allows him to heal teammates and restore their HP. Players can find him in the new Mysterious Survivor Dungeon.
Meanwhile, All-Stars is hosting several special events over the next few weeks, giving players a chance to earn truckloads of goodies. Basement Search is giving away a Personal Gear Upgrade Material Box for defeating raiders while the Warehouse Clearance is rewarding those who can successfully match cards. Be on the lookout for Bingo and Check-in events as well.
